Institutional Sales
You'll be the driving force behind Publishing Gateway's institutional partnerships, building relationships with academic libraries, research offices and university administrations across the open access landscape. From first contact through to contract, you'll own the sales pipeline and represent our publisher-neutral positioning: the institution stays in control, we provide the infrastructure. Ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building in a market that's still being defined, and who wants to shape how institutions think about managing open access at scale.
Admin & Workflow
Publishing Gateway's platform lives and dies by the details: accurate article-level workflows, clean data and processes institutions can rely on. In this role you'll keep the operational backbone of the platform running smoothly — administrative processes tied to article and workflow management, coordination across our partner stack, and the kind of quiet reliability that lets everyone else move faster. A great fit for someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable owning processes end to end.
Operations & Onboarding
You'll be the face of Publishing Gateway for new institutional partners — guiding libraries and research offices through onboarding, making sure implementations go smoothly and keeping day-to-day operations on track. This is a hands-on, generalist role at an early-stage company: expect variety, direct impact and close collaboration with the founding team as we bring institutions onto the platform.
